Hey, I'm Vicki
Hi there! I'm a mum of two, a foodie, and a coffee and Reformer Pilates enthusiast (I'm even a certified instructor!).
My journey has been filled with ups and downs, much like the one you might be on right now, and that's what fuels my passion to help others.
For over 11 years, I've been an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist, dedicated to improving my clients' health and wellbeing through the power of food. For over a decade now, I've worked in private hospitals and private practice, guiding a variety of clients to overcome chronic health issues and embrace healthier lives.
My personal struggle with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) began in my late teens and early 20s. Irregular and often absent cycles were a constant challenge, along with the cystic acne that was always present!
I always thought I'd stop taking the pill and get pregnant right away, but reality had other plans. This unexpected journey led me to further my studies while on maternity leave, becoming a certified Fertility and Pregnancy Dietitian. It was a pivotal moment for me, turning my focus and passion toward helping others navigate similar challenges.
I understand first hand the frustration and emotional rollercoaster that comes with trying to conceive. That’s why I’m here—to help you manage your PCOS symptoms, optimise your fertility, and increase your chances of conceiving, whether naturally or via IVF. My approach is rooted in science-backed nutrition advice, sustainable and practical nutrition plans, and most importantly, no fad diets!

You'll receive ongoing, regular support from someone who’s been down this road herself and understands the journey you're on. Together, we'll work towards your goal of starting a family, with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.

My Philosophy
After learning first-hand just the HUGE IMPACT nutrition plays in my own fertility journey and in shaping that of my children's health long into the future, I am so PASSIONATE about sharing and helping others achieve the same.
